MUSHROOM KURMA



                           



NEEDED:

Mushroom - 1 packet - 200 gms- finely chopped
Tomato - 1 big - chopped
Peas - 1/2 cup
Hing
Haldi
Chilly powder
Salt
Garam masala
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oil, mustard , jeera
To grind:
2 tbsp coconut
Cashew nut- 10


Method:
  • Pressure cook peas & keep aside.
  • Temper mustard  jeera in little oil .
  • Add the mushroom and  cook for few min till soft.
  • Remove & keep aside.
  • In the same pan add 3 tsp oil , add tomato.  
  • Add haldi, hing, chilly powder, & the coconut paste.
  • Cook till it leaves oil in the sides .
  • Add the  cooked peas , with stock. 
  • Add the fried mushroom,  salt, sugar. 
  • Cook for few minutes & remove.
