SAGO PAKODA

NEEDED:
Sabudhana / sago - 1/2 cup
1 big potato- finely chopped
salt
little gram flour / besan  ( for binding)
roasted groundnut - (crushed) - little
green chilly - finely chopped
oil for frying

METHOD:
soak sago in little water for 3 hrs( if u press and see it shd b soft).
then add the potato , besan , salt , green chilly .
mix well using ur hands.
heat oil .
put small small pieces in the oil, and fry till golden brown .
