LEMON SYRUP



NEEDED
1 cup - water
1 1/2 cup- sugar
1 1/2 cup - fresh lemon juice  (filter it)

METHOD

  • in a sauce pan , combine sugar and water.
  • bring it to a boil, simmer and stir till sugar dissolves and little sticky.
  • remove and allow it to cool.
  • then stir in the fresh lemon juice , mix well .
  • store in a bottle .
