PORI CHAT



NEEEDED
puffed rice / pori - 2 cups (dry roast till crisp ,  press  and c )
chutney dal / pori kadalai - 1 cup -dry roast for 2 min
groundnut - 2 cups- dry roast till crisp and light brown
ghee - 2 tsp
mustard - 2 tsp
hing powder
salt
chilly powder

METHOD

  • in a wok add 1 tsp oil and temper mustard , hing .
  • add the roasted pori, chutney dal , groundnut .
  • add  salt , chilly powder , to ur taste .
  • add 2 tsp ghee , mix well .
  • remove and allow it to cool .
  • then store it in a box or air tight jar.
