CAPSICUM RICE



NEEDED
cooked rice - 1 cup
capsicum - 1 chopped
brinjal - 1 - chopped
onion - 1 - roughly chopped
tomato- 1 - chopped
salt
turmeric powder
chilly powder
garam masala
1 tbsp - oil
mustard , jeera
corriander
1/2 lemon- opt

METHOD 

  • In a wok temper mustard , jeera in oil . 
  • add the onion and fry till golden .
  • then add the tomato , salt , chilly powder, turmeric powder,garam masala  .
  • add the brinjal and cook for 2 minutes . 
  • add the capsicum and fry for few minutes . (let the capsicum be little crisp )
  • remove and transfer it to a large bowl , then add the cooked rice .
  • add salt if required .
  • squeeze a lemon , mix well and serve with onion  raita .
