TIL DINK LADOO


HEALTHY AND TASTY LADOO FOR THIS WINTER 

NEEDED
1/2 CUP  - white til / sesame seeds
100gms - dink
1/2 cup - grated cpora
1/4 cup - poppy seeds/ kasa kasa
1/2 cup - nuts ( cashew , almond - broken)
1/2 cup karik powder
1tsp - ginger powder
1 cup - makhana / lotus seeds
jaggery - 3 cups
ghee- 4 tsp

METHOD

  • dry roast til , (it will crack) remove and transfer it to a bowl .
  • in 1 tsp ghee roast dink , it will puff and become double the qty.remove
  • in 1tsp ghee roast the copra (till light brown), remove
  • roast poppy seeds in 1/2 tsp ghee.
  • roast nuts in 1 tsp ghee and keep aside
  • slightly roast the karik powder in 1 tsp ghee.
  • roast makhna in 1 tsp ghee. remove

  • now powder makhana , poppy seeds and dink ,.remove and transfer it to a bowl .
  • then powder til , copra , karik .(slightly turn in mixy and remove , or oil will come out)
  • transfer it to the same bowl .
  • add ginger powder, nuts .mix well .



  • in a kadai add 3 tsp ghee and add the jaggery .
  • when it melts and dissolves completely and the items  which u have mixed and kept in a bowl .
  • mix well , remove and allow it to cool . 
  • (If u keep it in flame for a long time , the ladoo will become very hard )
  • then make ladoos .
