NEEDED
yellow moong - 1 tbsp
1 cucumber
1green chilly
1/2 tsp oil , mustard
salt
little finely chopped corriander
- soak the yellow moong in water for 1/2 hr .
- wash and peel the cucumber skin .
- finely chop the cucumber and put in a bowl .
- drain the water from moong and add to the chopped cucumber .
- temper mustard in 1/2 tsp oil , add the chilly .
- add this to the cucumber , add salt.
- add corriander and mix well .
