- Ingredients
2 tomatoes- chopped
1 cup water
pepper powder
salt 2 taste
small bread pieces roasted in ghee
corriander for garnishing
Method
1. cook the tomatoes in water till it turns soft.
2. allow it 2 cool .
3. take out the tomatoes and grind it
4. filter out the above paste( squeeze completely ) and add the residual liquid
to the above tomato stock
5. again heat lightly .
6. add pepper powder and salt to taste.
7. Garnish with corriander and bread pieces and serve hot
