Ingredients:
1. almond / badam- 50 gms
2. 100 gms rice - ( optional)
3. 2 lt milk
4. few strands of saffron
5. 150 gms - sugar
6. cardamom powder / elachi
7. pista chois - for decoration.
method:
1. boil almond in 1 lt milk , for 10 min .
2. then remove skin & grind to a paste , keep aside.
3. cook rice in 1 lt milk on slow flame.
4. when cooked add sugar, elachi powder.
5. add almond paste.
6. blend the cooked rice & almond mixture.
7. allow to cool & serve chilled.
8. decorate with pista & saffron.
