PUMPKIN SUBJI



ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin - diced
2 tomatoes if small - chopped
peas - ( optional)
hing -1/2 tsp
haldi - 1/2 tsp
salt 2 taste
chilly powder - 1tsp
sugar - 1/2 tsp
mustard , jeera , oil for tempering
ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
jeera powder-1/2 tsp

method:
temper mustard , jeera & add the pumpkin , peas, tomatoes.
pour 1/2 cup water &add salt, chilly powder, jeera powder, ginger paste, haldi , hing, sugar.
close the lid & cook till the vegetable becomes tender.
remove & serve with roti
