PANEER SUBJI

INGREDIENTS:
1 potato diced
1 handful peas
1 carrot diced
1 tomato roughly chopped
( capsicum , butterbeans, cauliflower, onion- u can use any veg)
paneer or tofu - diced
for seasoning - 1tbsp oil , mustard , jeera.
chilly powder
salt
asafoetida/ hing
turmeric powder/ haldi

METHOD:

  • temper mustard , jeera & add the diced potato, carrot, peas, tomato.
  • fry for 2 min & add enough water.
  • add haldi , hing, salt , & chilly powder.
  • close the lid & cook till the vegetables are tender.
  • then add the paneer & stir.
  • cook till the subji is dry ( without water) & remove.
