NEEDED:
yogurt/ curd- 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
asafoetida/ hing - 1tsp
Salt to taste
To grind :
green chilly - 1 , small piece of raw mango without skin , little corriander( 1 tsp),
ginger 1 "piece - peel skin
METHOD:-
1.Mix the yogurt and water and blend well.
2. add the ground paste to the chaas .
3. filter the chaas .
4. add salt & hing . Mix well.
5. serve garnished with chopped corriander.
