WHITE KURMA


needed:
butter beans- 1 cup - boiled
potato 1 - boiled
1 onion - roughly chopped
garlic- 3 flakes - chopped
curd - little (1/2 -1 tbsp )
corriander - chopped
oil, jeera - for tempering
salt
to grind:
1 onion
1 - 2 garlic flakes
1 sp pudina/ mint
green chilly 2
1 tbsp grated coconut
2 sp chutney dal / porikadalai
1 tsp poppy seeds/ kasa kasaa
( grind without adding water)
mtd:
temper jeera in 2 tsp oil & add onion , garlic .
fry till light brown & add the ground paste.
now add cooked butter beans, potato & add 1 cup water, 2 tsp curd .
add salt & cook for few min .
remove & garnish with corriander
