KARIK CORN FLAKES BURFI

makes : 12 pieces

ingredients:

1 cup milk powder

1/2 cup milk

( mix milk powder & milk to a paste, without lumps)

12 karik/ dry dates - break , discard seed , make very small pieces, then powder.

1 cup plain corn flakes - powder

sugar - 2 cups

ghee - 2 tbsp

bournvita - 4 tsp ( can use coco powder also- 1 -2tsp)

elachi powder -1/2 tsp

2 tsp chutney dal/ pori kadalai powder ( add last , if required for thickining)

method:
in a thick bottomed pan combine all the above said, & stir constant till it thickens.
spread evenly in a greased plate .
When firm cut into squares.
