Needed:
bajji milagai -slit and discard seed
FOR STUFFING:(1)
grated paneer
cabbage - finely chopped
carrot - grated
aloo - peel skin , boil and mash
salt
chilly powder or finely chopped green chilly
hing
haldi
dhaniya jeera powder
little amchur powder
chopped corriander
METHOD:
gently mix all and stuff inside the chillies.
prepare bajjii batter. ( besan , chilly powder, salt, rice atta,water as req)
dip the stuffed chilly inside the bajji batter and deep fry till golden brown.
serve hot with ketchep.
STUFFING(2):
roasted (remove skin) and coarsely ground peanut - 1/2 cup
grated coconut- 2tbsp
chopped corriander -little
salt
mix all the above said and stuff inside the chillies.
