PUMPKIN PARATHA

NEEDED:
pumpkin - grated - 1 cup
salt
chilly powder
amchur powder
haldi
hing
chopped corriander
kalonji
saunf

METHOD

  • temper kalonji & saunf in 2 tsp oil, then add the grated pumpkin. cook till the raw smell goes. add the spices to ur taste. cook for few min & remove .
  • add the corriander & mix well. stuffing is ready.
