DRUMSTICK LEAVES CHUTNEY


This reciepe is from mallika badrinath cook book .

NEEDED:

drumstick leaves- 1 cup- wash & fry in little oil till it shrinks.keep aside.
fry the below said in little oil sep 
red chilly - 6
channa dal - 1 tbsp
urad dal -1 tbsp
salt
tamarind- amla size
methi seeds- 1 tsp

METHOD:
  • grind everything tog  adding water as req .
  • then transfer it in a bowl .
  • temper mustard in 1tsp oil ,add a pinch hing.
  • add this to the chutney & mix well .
  • good with dosa, roti .
