WADIYAN SUBZI

needed:
wadiyan /karu vadam- 20
1 onion - chopped
salt
1/2 tsp  sugar (opt) 

to grind to a paste :
onion 1 big
garlic 4-5 flakes if small
( fry onion , garlic in 1tsp oil bef grinding )
coconut - 1 tbsp
cashew - 5-10
green chilly
corriander -  little

method:
fry wadiyan till brown & keep aside.
in a pan add 3 tsp oil & add the chopped onion,  fry till light brown .
then add the paste . fry for few min ,add salt & water as req .
at last add the wadiyan & remove .
good with roti.
