KARASEV SUBZI

this is a dry subjee with the combination of karasev & drumstick leaves.
instead of drumstick leaves  ,palak can  also be used. but both have a different taste.
needed:
karasev - 1/2 cup
drumstick leaves- 1 1/2 - 2 cup -chopped
tomato- 1 if big -chopped
ginger  grated -1tsp
ajwain -1/2 tsp
chilly powder,
salt
dhaniya jeera powder- 2tsp
amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
haldi
hing
sugar -1/2 tsp

 mtd   ;
temper mustard, jeera 2 tsp oil & add tomatoes.
then add the drumstick leaves,ajwain & ginger.cook till the raw smell goes .then add the remaining spices.
cook for 2min  & atlast add the sev. mix well & remove.
tastes good with dal rice,curd rice............

note:
 if u r making with palak,dont add ajwain.
