THIRATIPAL / PALKOVA

NEEDED:
thick buffalo  milk- 1 lr
1/2 cup  sugar
ghee 1 tsp
cardamom powder  - 1/2 tsp

 METHOD:
  •  take a heavy bottemed pan and pour the milk.
  • keep in medium flame, see  to that the milk doesnt pour out while boiling.
  • the milk will then start reducing, keep stirring constant , so that it doesnt stick to the bottom
  • add the ghee
  • when its reduced to 1/2 , then add  sugar .
  • keep stirring ,cook till thick and u get a grainy texture .
  • the color will also be light brown.
  • then remove and  allow it to cool .


 NOTE:  FOR 4 LR MILK U GET 1 kg PALKOKA
