CEYLON KUTTU

NEEDED:

onoin  leaves - 1  bunch - chopped
onion 2 - chopped
1 carrot - cut  medium size
1  big potato - cut medium size
2 tomato
capsicum -1- cut
2 brinjal - cut
salt
 sambar powder

TO GRIND:
poppy seed/ kasa kasa - 2 tsp( marinate in water for 10 min , will b easy to grind)
1/2 coconut  if big
 grind this to a smooth  paste adding water as req,
filter it , u will get a thick coconut milk . keep aside.

METHOD:

  •  temper  mustard ,jeera in 2 tsp oil, add the onion .
  • cook till light brown .
  • then add onion leave  & the vegetables.
  • add 2 cup water . & cook for few min.
  • now add  salt , sambar powder, & coconut milk .
  •  cook on a medium flame till it comes to a boil.
  • good with roti, r any rice.


NOTE:
instead of coconut milk  , u can also add coconut milk powder.
can add any veg , but spring onion ,leaves  is a must.
