NEEDED:
urad dal ( full or half ) - 1 cup
green chilly
curry leaves 5
salt
chopped corriander little ( opt)
oil for frying
METHOD:
soak urad dal for 1/2 hr.
wash twice or thrice , drain the water.
add green chilly , curryleaves and grind to a paste adding water as req.
remove , add salt , chopped corriander, mix well.
in a wok add enough oil, keep in medium flame.
add 3 to 4 vada at a time and deep fry till golden brown.
NOTE; grinding in grinder is prefarable , will get more qty than grinding in mixy.
