USEFUL TIPS






  • To keep the chillies fresh for a longer time just remove the stems bef storing it.
  • For removing coconut hust dip it in water for 1/2 an hr.
  • add little oil & turmeric powder to the dal  before placing it in the cooker. it will get done in 10 minutes flat.
  • use a wooden board to chop coz it will not blunt the knife & dont use a plastic chop board b coz  may b small plastic pieces go with the veg.
  • For reducing the excess of salt from dish just drop in a peeled  potato.the potato will absorb the excess salt.
