NEEDED:
3 cup rice atta
1 cup sattu ka atta/ kondakadalai powder
Salt
White til - 2 tsp
White butter little
Hing
Method:
- Mix all the above said in a bowl adding water as required.
- Heat oil in a wok .
- Fill the mavu/ atta in the khengulal mold.
- Check the oil heat & squeeze in circular motion.
- Fry on a medium flame till brown & crisp
