SATHU KA ATTA MULU THENGULAL


NEEDED

3 cup rice atta
1 cup sattu ka atta/  kondakadalai powder
Salt
White til - 2 tsp
White butter little
Hing

Method:
  • Mix all the above said in a bowl adding water as required. 
  • Heat oil in a wok .
  • Fill the mavu/ atta  in the khengulal mold. 
  • Check the oil heat & squeeze in circular motion. 
  • Fry on a medium flame till brown & crisp
