RIBBON (3)


NEEDED:
3 cups - rice atta
1 cup - chutney dal powder  / porikadalai mavu
hing
chilly powder
salt
2 tsp butter  r  vegetable ghee
water as required

mix this adding water as required , little by little.
then take a mould a fill it with some qty ofthis rice mixture.
heat oil in a pan .
check the heat and squeeze in the oil , in a circular motion .
fry on both sides till crisp.
remove.
