MASALA PURI


NEEDED
wheat flour- 2 cups
ajwain- 1/2 tsp
Kalonji- 1/2 tsp
Salt
chilly powder
dhanajeera powder
Garam masala powder
little kasuri methi - crushed( 1 tsp)
2 tsp oil
water as required
oil for frying

METHOD:
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl .
  • Knead to a stiff dough.
  • make small small puris.
  • deep fry in oil .
