RED PUMPKIN THUVIYAL

NEEDED
middle portion of the red pumpkin- 1/2 cup
little grated coconut - 2 tbsp
hing
salt
2 tsp oil
2 red chilly
1/2 tsp mustard
4 tsp urad dal

METHOD
  • In a wok add 1tsp oil and add the pumpkin(center part )
  • Fry till soft and remove.
  • then again add 1 tsp oil , temper mustard,  add red chilly and urad dal.
  • add hing and fry till golden.
  • Remove , add salt,  coconut .
  • Allow it to cool.
  • then take the jar , add pumpkin,  red chilly,  coconut.
  • Grind adding water as required.
  • then add the urad dal and grind again .
  • Remove and transfer it to a bowl.
  • Good with dosa....

NOTE
make it spicy .
Adjust the ingredients according to ur taste.
