PUNUGULU / MAIDA PAKODA


NEEDED
maida - 1/2 cup
rice flour - 2 tbsp
green chilly - 1 finely chopped
ginger- finely chopped- 2 tsp
curd  - 2 tbsp
water as req
salt
curryleaves- little

oil  for frying


  • mix  everything to a thick batter consistency . (like vada batter)
  • heat oil  and deep fry on a medium flame ,till golden brown .
