CHAT PATTA LAUKI


NEEDED
bottle guard / lauki - peel skin , cut to thin rounds.

red chilly powder
salt
turmeric
little amchur powder
rice powder - 1 tsp
1 tsp oil
little water

in a bowl add all the above said and make a paste.
then spread this paste on both sides of the lauki .
then place in the tawa and cook on medium flame .
dizzle little oil and cook on both sides till golden brown.

for green chutney 
corriander
green chilly
salt
1/2 tsp jeera

grind this to a paste adding water as required.
optional ;  transfer it to a bowl and add little  curd  to the chutney .
mix well and serve  with lauki.
