NEEDED
Sugar - 2 1/4 cup
coco powder- 3/4 cup
maida - 1 1/2 tbsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
Whole milk- 1 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp
METHOD
- Combine all in a sauce pan ( except) over low heat .
- Whisk constant until the mixture thickens.
- Remove and add vanilla essence.
