DUM FRUIT HALWA


NEEDED
1 cup grated white pumpkin ( sueeze out the water )
2 tbsp gulgund
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
orange red food color - a pinch ( opt)
little honey
roasted cashewnut
ghee   - 1 tbsp

METHOD

  • in a pan add ghee and the white pumpkin. 
  • fry for few min .
  • add the milk and cook it its dry . ( the milk will look curdled , just cook till no water )
  • then add sugar , (it will loosen first  ) 
  • add ghee if required .
  • when it thickens add gulgand and honey , add a pinch of orange red color. 
  • cook for 2 min.
  • add roasted nuts  and remove .
