NEEDED
pasta ( i used shell pasta )
onion - 1 big - chopped
tomato - 1 big - (boil , peel skin , pureed)
garlic - 5 flakes - finely chopped
red chilly powder
carrot - 1 - cubed small .
capsicum - 1 - chopped
little peas
turmeric powder / haldi - 1/4 tsp
garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
kasoori methi - a pinch
chineese seasoning - 1/2 tsp
salt
olive oil or cooking oil - 2 tbsp, jeera - for tempering
corriander - garnish
METHOD ;
- boil enough water , add the pasta and required salt
- cook for 10 minutes , drain in a metal strainer if the pasta is done .
- in wok add oil and temper jeera, add garlic, fry for 2 sec , add onion.
- fry till for 2 minutes, add caroot , peas , fry for few min.
- then add the tomato puree and haldi ,required salt,garam masala, chilly powder .
- add pepper powder , kasoori methi .
- then add the capsicum , cook for 2 min .
- then add the cooked pasta and the chinese seasoning.
- mix well , garnish with corriander and serve.
