VADU MANGAI PACHADI


NEEDED
5 medium size vadu mangai
Little grated coconut
Salt
1 green chilly
2 cup curd
1/2 tsp oil, mustard - seasoning

METHOD

  • grind vadu mangai, green chilly, salt , and coconut.
  • Add this to the curd.
  • Mix well.
  • Temper mustard in 1 tsp oil.
  • Add to the curd .


NOTE
If the  vadu manga  becomes soft , do not throw it away.
U can try this pachadi.
