LAUKI RAITA


NEEDED
Lauki / bottle guard - grated 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
1 green chilly - finely chopped
Roasted jeera powder
1 tsp oil
 1/ 2 tsp mustard , curry leaves

METHOD

  • in a wok add little water and cook the grated lauki , till soft .
  • Drain if any excess water and transfer vit to a bowl.
  • Temper mustard , curry leaf in 1 tsp oil.
  • Add to the lauki, add curd.
  • Finely chop the green chilly and add to this .
  • Add salt , roasted jeera powder.
  • Mix well and serve.
