TOMATO GARLIC CHUTNEY


NEEDED
tomato - 2 big
garlic flakes- 4 to 5 flakes
salt
green chilly - 1
Oil- 2 tsp

METHOD
In a wok and 2 tsp oil and fry the green chilly,  tomato for 2 minutes.
Remove , add salt , garlic and grind .
Transfer it in a bowl.
temper mustard and add to chutney .
Mix well . Good with idly , dosa....
