ALMOND PISTA BURFI



NEEDED          time taken - 10 min
Almond -1 1/2 cup
Pista- 1/2 cup
Milk powder - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 2 cups
Food color green
Ghee - 2 tsp
Elachi powder
Majaj for garnishing

Method
Soak almond in hot water for 1/2 hr.
Remove skin, spread in a cloth  and keep aside. ( let it dry)
Grind pista and almond to a fine powder. ( grind seperately)

Take a non stick wok, add the sugar.
Add 1/2 cup water.
When sugar gets dissolved, add the almond pista powder.
Stir well  , then add  4 tbsp milk powder.
Mix well. Add elachi powder and green color.
Add 2tsp ghee.
Stir well for 2 min and remove. ( check the consistency).
Spread in a greased plate , garnish with majaj.
allow to set and put pieces.
