CHILLI PANEER

Paneer is made by curdling heated milk with lemon juice or other food acid .It is completely lacto vegetarian ,and is a source of protien for vegetarians.paneer is commonly served chopped into cubes and the texture is very similar to that of farmer cheese.

I was on the lookout for a panner receipe which was different from the routine ones served in restaurants.I chanced upon this receipe while browsing through a book authored by Tarla Dalal. This receipe can be served as appetiser as well as a normal vegetable with parathas/rotis etc.
The trial run of this receipe came out very well and was well appreciated by near and dear ones.I recommend this receipe for its riveting taste.
