PALAK ROTI


INGREDIENTS

1. wheat flour -2cups
2. salt to taste
3. ajwain/ oomum-1/2 tsp

To grind;
palak -1 handfull (1cup if chopped)
2 green chilly
ginger 1 small piece( grind to a smooth paste)

METHOD

  • 1. combine wheat flour, salt, ajwain & the ground paste .
  • 2. add water if required & knead until the dough is soft.
  • 3.make roties.
