INGREDIENTS:
1. carrot / gajar - 1kg
2. fresh mawa - 1/4 kilo
3. sugar- 2 1/2 cups
4. milk - 1/2 - 1 lr
5. elachi powder/cardamom powder
6. ghee - 3 - 4 tsp
7. roasted cashew nut

METHOD:
1. wash and grate the carrots.
2. in a thick bottomed pan put the carrot and milk.
3. cook in medium flame , till soft. or
( pressure cook the grated carrot adding milk .
4. then transfer it to a thick bottomed pan, adding little ghee.)
5. add sugar,mix well and cook till the sugar has dissolved and the milk has been absorbed.
6. add mawa , elachi powder, and mix well.cook for 5 min and remove.
7. garnish with cashew and serve .
