RIBBON PAKODA (mtd 1)

NEEDED:
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup chutney dal flour/ pori kadakai mavu
1tbsp urad dal flour
salt
chilly powder   or  green chilly paste
asafoetida/ hing
little butter
water as required

NOTE:
if the flour is little rough , sift the flour and use.
