Crispy poha, sago, corn flakes flavoured with peanut, kaju, curry leaves and spices makes a delicious any time snack.This is a very easy 2 make snack having a turn around time of just 30 min.

nylon sabudana/ sago - 2 cups
poha / beaten rice- 2 cups
peanut/ groundnut - 1 1/2 cup
broken cashewnut- 1/2 cup
curry leaves - 1/4 cup ( wash & dry)
chutney dal/ porikadalai - 1 cup
corn flakes/ makai ka poha- 2 cups - (optional)
oil - for deep frying

fry everything seperately.
- fry sago carefully,it will crack a little,& it should be well fried, if not it will be hard inside unfried.
- spread a newspaper on the floor & put this fried sago on that.( put fried poha etc also to this , will be easy while mixing)
- then fry corn flakes, then poha. u have to be very quick while frying this.
- then fry peanut, then kaju, then curry leaves.
- in the same pan, without oil fry chutney dal.
- u have put all the fried items in a newspaper.
- now add salt, chillly powder, hing .
- if u like u can add chat masala.
- mix well ,cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
