PALAK PAKODA

   
                                   

Needed:
roughly chopped  palak - wash & squeeze out the water
besan / gram flour
chutneydal /pori kadalai- powdered- 1 tb sp
green chilly or chilly powder
haldi
hing
salt
dhaniya- 2tsp - crushed
ajwain- little
grated ginger
water as req
oil for frying

Method:
  • mix everything  and make pakoda.
