APPLE ALOO KHEER


NEEDED:
1 apple - peel and  grate
1 potato - peel , grate and  wash again.
mithaimate - to ur taste
thick milk- 1 lr
saffron strands - a pinch

METHOD:
take  a thick bottemed pan and  pour the milk.
add the grated apple and  aloo to the milk .
cook till the milk reduces to 3/4 or 1/2 . add mithaimate , saffron strands and  mix well.
cool and  serve garnished with nuts.

NOTE :
 don't make it too thick or to watery.
we  have to wash  the grated aloo bcoz , aloo contains a white thing ( which u can fell in ur hands while chopping it)
