KERALA PARATHA

NEEDED:

bitter guard- cut to thin pieces & deep fry .
make  2 rotis.

METHOD:

  • above 1 spread the fried kerala & above this place the other roti. 
  • gently press  the roti corner to seal the paratha.
  • put in a tava & cook on both sides . 
  • serve with any raita .

NOTE :
 add little salt & chilly powder to the fried kerela  if u want.
( can even soak in salt water for 15 min ,drain the water, wash again , pat it dry , then deep fry)
