ALOO BRINJAL SUBZI

needed:
aloo -2 cubed
brinjal- 4 cut medium size
tomato 1-2 -chopped
mustard, jeera , oil- tempering
chilly powder
dhanajeera powder
salt
haldi
1 tsp sugar
mtd:
take a small cooker & temper mustard , jeera . add haldi, dhanajeera powder, chilly powder.
then add aloo, brinjal , tomato & salt.
add water as req. (dont make it too watery)
add little sugar & close the lid.
pressure cook leave 2 whistle & remove .
this is an easy reciepe & tastes good with roti..........
note: add spices to ur taste
