aloo chunks curry


needed:
boiled potato- cubed
big onion -sliced
1 tomato- finely chopped
ginger garlic paste
dhanajeera powder- 1-2 tsp
salt
soya chunks - boil for 2 min & squeeze out the water.
red chilly powder
1/2 cup - water
1 tsp sugar - add at last


mtd:
in a pan fry onion, then ginger garlic paste, tomato .then add all the spices . cook or few min , add chunks & aloo . add water , clse the lid & cook for 5 min .remove & serve with roti.
