VEGETABLE MALAI SUBZI

This is a very rich  ,healthy,  tasty & mouth watering  side dish for roti . since we are adding lot of cream , children will also luv this .
needed:
grated veg - carrot , capsicum, cabbage
(can even add boiled peas & grated paneer)- i dint add
salt
garam masala
chilly powder
haldi
thick fresh cream 1/2 - 1 cup
kasuri methi ( crushed ) -1/2 tsp
to grind:
tomato- 3
onion - 1 big
garlic- 7
dhaniya jeera
ginger

method;
temper 2 tbsp oil & add the paste.cook till raw smell goes goes & the oil seperates.
then add the veg .close the lid & cook for 5  min in  medium flame.(dont add water) add garam masala , salt chilly powder,haldi. then add fresh cream 1/2 cup ( more u add cream more tasty)
if u r adding paneer add along with cream.
mix well & at last add kasuri methi .
serve with roti.
note:
dont over cook the vegetables.
if u want to make this gravy type,add little milk along with cream.
