HARA CHANNA PAYASAM

NEEDED:
 hara channa-  1/2 cup
 cashewnut/kaju - 5 -10
vanilla essence -2 drops
thick milk- 1 lr
sugar- add to ur taste .

METHOD:
grind hara channa and  kaju to a smooth paste.
take a thick bottomed pan and  add the paste.(add little water so that it dosent stick to the bottom .
cook till the raw smell goes.
then add the milk and  sugar.
cook till the milk reduces to 3/4 .
add the essence atlast and mix well , remove .
