METHI PAKODA


NEEDED:

 methi  leaves- 1 cup( chopped)
besan / gram flour- as req ( 1 /2 cup approx)
1 tsp ajwain
hing
haldi
chilly powder
salt
little amchur powder (opt)

METHOD:

  • wash the methi leaves twice and then add all the above said ingredients.
  • add water if req , in a sprinkled manner .
  • mix to a thick paste consistency.
  • deep fry spoonfuls of the methi paste in hot oil, till they are golden brown.
  • drain on absorbent paper.
  • serve hot with ketchep.
