MAIDA BISCUIT

NEEDED:
maida- 1 1/2 cup
powdered sugar - 1 1/4
little ghee
a pinch soda
water as req
knead this to a soft dough

METHOD:
divide the maida dough to 3-4 balls
roll each ball to a roti .
then using a knife  cut to medium size strips in vertical & horizondal direction.
heat oil ( medium flame) &  deep  fry the maida pieces till golden brown.
